The insperation behind the book!
This is definitely one of my more Emo style stories. I really loved the idea of creating a story about a ghost who just wants to go home. This actually all stared when I had to create a short children's book based of some sad song lyrics for my class. I fell in love with the characters and I decided to make it my own.
I want to make this into a full length story one day!
Fun fact. The character seen in the short comic, "Encounter", is the same ghost as in this book. She looks different for a sad and dark reason. Also in the art book, "Death of The Pen", you can see some of the studies I did for this ghost girl and her pony.
This art is all done on black paper with color pencils!
